Professional training
The following shows a summary
of training activities which were developed for a Public Announcement “The
Work Market – Directive for the Unemployed”. It deals with interventions
aimed at training people for professional roles considered priority by the
region but difficult to find on the work market. This kind of policy

Provincia di Novara - Formazione e
Orientamento Professionale
Examining the relative data
regarding the notification of employment from the various Employment Centres
carried out in 2009 for actual job placements in the province of Novara, we can
see that a considerable part of the professions mainly required for the work
market, lie in the service sector which necessitates adequate training. In fact
the cultural-educative services and those of the social-assistant services, due
to their nature, require specific professionalism and represent respectively
approximately 7.5% and 4% of the total employment. Also regarding professions
in the commercial field, which make up approximately 10.5% of the total
workforce employed, require a medium-high level of specialization and are
numerically significant (12.5% approx.). Even more evident are the values
concerning the catering sector (10% approx. of the total), where about 30% of
job employment regards well-defined professional qualifications.
