It is important to point out that within the framework of the Novara real estate offer, the presence of some areas for which it is impossible the derogate from the article 87.3 of the U.E. Treaty situated in the town councils of Grignasco, Prato Sesia, Romagnano Sesia and Ghemme.  In these areas it is consented the support of productive investments towards the important undertakings or increases of the intensity of help for the investments for the small or medium businesses.

The list of the areas in which it is possible the derogate within the above named councils and the regulation can be found on the Piedmonte Region website under the Section dedicated to the “Productive Areas”
